In addition, Mr. Kasdan is a Certified Realtime Reporter and a Registered Diplomate Reporter (highest level of certification available to court reporters), establishing his 25-year professional career in Washington, D.C., and since 1987 has been the stenographic court reporter in high-profile cases beginning with the Exxon-Valdez oil spill congressional and Federal court hearings (1989-1991), the William Kennedy Smith rape trial (1990), the Nixon tapes (1991-1993), the Teamsters Conference Revocation hearings and Teamsters' challenges to President Ron Carey (1994), the Unabomber case (1996-1997), United States v.
